OUR PROCESS
It’s time we get to know each other. Like, really know each other. Getting to know you, as a couple, is our top priority. Before you even book with us, we’ll set up a Zoom call to make sure we’re a good fit.
We like to talk—We believe in quality customer service, which to us means superior communication and extensive planning before and after your wedding so we’re able to tell the whole story. It’s so much more than pointing and clicking the day of your wedding. It’s everything in between. It’s finding the story underneath the story, and telling that one. In order to do that, we want you to feel like a friend, like we are the people you can trust to get your story just right. So we will talk. A lot.
It’s all in the details—Big picture. Small details. It’s all about planning. We’ll have a plan leading up to the wedding. We’ll have a plan for the day of the wedding. We’ll have a plan after the wedding. You can rest assured, there will be lots and lots of planning so we can get every nitty gritty detail that makes up the big picture so we can get it just right.
